In Ukraine, the industrial park "Dobrosyn Invest Park" in the Lviv region was put up for sale

The InVenture website has put up for sale the industrial park "Dobrosyn Invest Park", which is located in the Lviv region, the city of Dobrosyn, writes inventure.com.ua.

The industrial park covers an area of ​​14,6 hectares. The land is for industrial purposes and is under long-term lease for 49 years.

The industrial park can be an ideal location for building industrial facilities from scratch, as it has advantages in terms of location (near the border with Europe) and the possibility of connecting communications: the distance from the site to the 110/35/10 kV Dobrosyn electrical substation is 100 meters, the possibility of connecting is 8 MW; next to the site there is an access railway track, Dobrosym station, code 372406.

The cost of corporate rights to the industrial park is estimated at $750.
