AEROC, a manufacturer of porous concrete products, was put up for sale in Ukraine for $23 million
05.11.2024According to the InVenture portal, the subject of privatization is a 100% state share in the authorized capital of the limited liability company "AEROK", writes inventure.com.ua.

According to the terms of the auction, the bidding will take place on December 19, 2024.
The starting price of the object of privatization is UAH 965, and the amount of the guarantee fee is UAH 325.
The size of the authorized capital of "AEROK" LLC is UAH 437.
The total area of land plots is 23,623 hectares, and the area of buildings and structures is 36 square meters.
The structure of the enterprise includes 2 separate divisions:
- "AEROK BEREZAN" branch, Kyiv region., Berezan, st. Berezansky Shlyach, 44 a;
- "AEROK HALYCHYNA" branch, Lviv region, Stryi, str. Promyslova, 4.
Before the start of the war, AEROC held a leading position in the market of autoclaved aerated concrete products in Ukraine and was the largest supplier of autoclaved aerated concrete products under the AEROC brand to all regions of Ukraine.
AEROC products are produced by two plants located in the Kyiv region — Berezan and Obukhiv.
"Aerok" LLC was founded at the end of 2006 with the purpose of building a plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete in the city of Berezan, Kyiv region. The plant, located in the city of Obukhov (formerly the "Obukhov Plant of Porous Products"), became part of the Aerok company in the fall of 2008.
At the plant in Obukhiv, there is a modernized technological line "Universal-60" with a capacity of 205 m000 per year and a new high-tech line of the German company WEHRHAHN Smart with a production volume of 3 m295 per year.
A high-tech line of the Dutch company HESS AAC Systems BV with a design capacity of 560 m000 per year operates at the plant in Berezan, Kyiv region.
It will be recalled that Aerok LLC through LSR Group (RF) belonged to the sanctioned Russian oligarch Andriy Molchanov and was confiscated in 2022. According to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated August 22, 2023 and the decision of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated October 10, 100% of the share in the authorized capital of AEROK LLC was charged to state income. After that, the enterprise was transferred to the management of the State Medical University.
