On Monday, April 17, preparations for the largest military exercise Anakonda-23 began in Poland. About 13 soldiers, including from NATO countries, will take part in the training. This was reported by Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak.

"In the east and north of Poland, the preparation and redeployment of troops for the active part of Anakonda-23 - the ninth largest cyclic exercises with the participation of almost thirteen thousand servicemen of the Polish army, as well as the armies of member countries and partners of the Alliance - began," he noted.

The goal of the scientist is to achieve the ability to conduct a defensive operation in the conditions of ordinary and hybrid threats.

In the course, scientists will test the ability of key command bodies of the Polish army to cooperate with the system and selected elements of NATO command structures.
