Ukraine fulfilled two more indicators under the €50 billion Ukraine Facility program with the EU

As noted in the ministry, these are two indicators of the implementation of Ukraine's Plan for the implementation of the European Union's Ukraine Facility initiative, which are aimed at improving the situation on the labor market and the standard of living of Ukrainians, as well as the implementation of electricity market reform within the framework of Ukraine's integration into the EU energy market.
According to Ukraine's plan, the Ministry of Economy is the national coordinator of the Ukraine Facility. The Ministry ensures the organization and monitoring of the implementation of the Plan and the quarterly preparation of reporting documentation for the European Commission.
In general, this quarter Ukraine had to fulfill nine indicators of the Plan, eight of which have already been successfully fulfilled. The last indicator is at the final stage of implementation, the ministry reported.
Ukraine Facility program
In February 2024, the European Parliament approved the regulations of the Ukraine Facility program. The EU support program for Ukraine in the amount of 50 billion euros will be valid from 2024 to 2027. In June, Ukraine and the European Union concluded a loan agreement within the framework of the Ukraine Facility.
Since the beginning of the year, the EU has provided Ukraine with over 12 billion euros in budget support. By the end of the year, Ukraine plans to receive another 4 billion euros from the European Union under the Ukraine Facility.
