Ukraine concluded three new agreements with the manufacturer Bayraktar

Ukraine and the Turkish company Baykar during the international exhibition of aviation equipment Teknofest 2023 in the Istanbul airport. Atatürk signed three new agreements for Ukrainian manufacturers. This was announced by the Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleksandra Kamyshin, writes epravda.com.ua.

"There is an important result - three new agreements with the Turkish manufacturer Baykar for Ukrainian manufacturers. I won't tell you the details, of course, but I assure you, these contracts give our country export sales and weapons of a new generation," the minister wrote.

Last year, Baykar launched the Kızılelma unmanned fighter jet and signed the first export contracts for the Akıncı heavy attack drone.

Both models are flagships of Turkish unmanned aviation. They are able to carry loads of up to 1500 kg, fly to a height of more than 12 km and shoot down air targets. And at the heart of these planes are powerful Ukrainian-made engines.
