According to the minister, Ukraine "is ready to help restore the stable operation of the energy networks of our partners and allies in Europe."
"We are ready to share knowledge and experience, including that gained during systematic Russian attacks on energy infrastructure. We are grateful to the EU countries for their support and are always ready to provide assistance," he added.
As is known, since 2022, Ukraine has been experiencing systematic Russian attacks on its energy infrastructure, leading to prolonged power outages.
On Monday morning, massive power outages began in Spain, as well as in Portugal, affecting the work of mobile operators, airports, and other infrastructure.
The accident also affected France, but supplies were restored there.
The Portuguese electricity grid operator said the blackout was caused by a "rare atmospheric phenomenon."
