Ukraine received $41,7 billion in external financing in 2024

The largest donors of budget support in 2024 are the European Union, the United States of America, the International Monetary Fund, Japan, the World Bank, Canada, and Great Britain.
Also this year, for the first time, Ukraine received budgetary support from the Republic of Korea and the Development Bank of the Council of Europe.
The Ministry of Finance emphasizes that an important achievement is the attraction of the first tranche of funds in 2024, which will be provided by future revenues from Russia's frozen assets within the G7 ERA Mechanism in the amount of $50 billion.
All funds from international partners were directed to priority expenditures of the state budget.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, international partners have sent more than $115 billion to Ukraine.
On December 30, 2024, the Ministry of Finance reported that Ukraine will receive $15 billion from the United States for salaries and social benefits.
