Alex Cooper's Tatar Bunar in London will be operational in test mode from March 29

Alex Cooper's Bessarabian cuisine restaurant "Tatar Bunar" will open in London on March 29 in a test mode. The restaurateur announced this on his social networks, writes ain.ua.

"Open a restaurant in London, name it after your hometown in southern Bessarabia, cook modern food there, full of childhood memories, traditions, and maternal tastes. Reject Ukrainian inferiority and sloppiness, but preserve the essence of our tastes!", Cooper wrote.

The official opening is scheduled for April 9, 2025, when the final menu will be presented.

For now, onion bread, dumplings with cabbage, minced meat, banosh with mushrooms, etc. will be served in test mode. Ukrainian wines Kolonist, Beykush, Stakhovsky, Villa Tinta, and others will be poured.

We remind you that the first Tatar Bunar establishment opened on June 1, 2024 in Odessa.
