The court in the Netherlands will issue a verdict on the MH17 case on November 17
16.08.2022On November 17, the District Court of The Hague will make a preliminary decision in the case of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing MH17 plane, which was shot down over the Donbass in 2014, according to the court's website, writes rbc.ru.

"The decision will take half a day and will probably start in the afternoon. Any changes in the criminal process may affect the date of the preliminary decision," the message says.
A Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was shot down on July 17, 2014 in the sky over Donbass. There were 298 people on board, including 196 Dutchmen, all of whom died.
In May 2018, the international investigative team (JIT) concluded that the Buk launcher from which the plane was shot down belonged to the 53rd Russian anti-aircraft missile brigade. The investigative group included representatives of several countries, including Ukraine.
One citizen of Ukraine and three Russians are accused in the case, including the former Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Hyrkin (Strelkov). They all deny their guilt. In December last year, the prosecutor's office of the Netherlands asked for life terms for them.
