He is a member of the Eyubov family, the daughter of a businessman married to the son of a politician - two of his acquaintances told the "Project" about this.

Bairamov is a member of the close circle of billionaire God Nysanov, whose fortune Forbes magazine estimates at $2,7 billion. Bayramov introduced Naryshkin to Nysanov, the "Project" claims. The publication says that the head of SVR and his entire family flew on the billionaire's private plane for vacation. Naryshkin's daughter flew to Baku on this plane. Nisanov arranged for her to work. And she celebrated her 30th anniversary together with Leyla Aliyeva on a ship owned by Nysanov's company.

Nisanov himself is a long-time business partner of Baku lawyer Ilham Rashimov. His childhood was spent in Nagorno-Karabakh, in 1970 he moved to Leningrad, where he entered the law faculty of the city university. There, he became friends with the future president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and the friendship continues to this day.

- At the end of September, the Azerbaijani army launched an offensive against the positions of the unrecognized Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, controlled by Armenian forces since the beginning of the nineties. The military operation ended with the defeat of the republic, Azerbaijan regained almost all of its lost territories, and Russian peacekeepers were introduced into the conflict zone.

- In July, before the Karabakh offensive, border armed clashes took place in Azerbaijan and Armenia. At that time, trade in Armenian products was prohibited at the Nisanov-owned market in Moscow. Nysanov's partner Ilham Rahimov said in an interview with the Azerbaijani publication Musavat that the damage caused by the ban to Armenian businessmen is estimated at "hundreds of millions". According to him, he was contacted by Russian officials, but he and Nisanov told them: "Don't get involved."
