Exclusive. The USA - and for quite a long time, although periodically inactively, considers China to be the main enemy. From a purely rational point of view, everything is true. Actually, since the mid-70s, it was the American elites who created, with varying degrees of awareness, Chimerica, a concept that ten years ago sounded funny, but today it sounds more sinister. But extraordinary, according to the principles of Deng Xiaoping, the rule of Xi Jinping is by no means equal to China. China (say, already in the fall, after the party congress) may well turn around to continue integration with the West (from which, in fact, it has not avoided much, due to its impossibility).

The fact is that it is Russia that provides the ideological basis for confrontation with the West in the Moscow-Beijing nexus.

Russian messianism (alien to Chinese pragmatism), characteristic of all structures of the Russian state, growing out of the legacy of the Horde in combination with an inferiority complex, is actually a disguised desire for world domination. But a primitive Russian society can establish such domination only by destroying all the complex social structures, which is what Russia always does, by demolishing all the territories captured by it in the historical past. Russia can advance its project only on the basis of war and destruction.

Example: as soon as Putin's Russia left the region, the enmity between Azerbaijan and Armenia declined. With the withdrawal of the Kremlin scoops from other regions, it will turn out that most of the world conflicts, including the insoluble Palestinian-Israeli one, were ignited by the topic of who in 1917 once again, then - under a red flag, was going to conquer the whole world.

China, in turn, is very much not about that. Beijing, having completely devalued the last summit of the long-suffering BRICS, constantly gives signals that it is not ready not only for world domination, but even for the role of the second global pole. He is still too poor and socially unbalanced to transgress the precepts of his philosophical schools. The experiment with orientation to the domestic market after the export shock of 2008, which brought Comrade Xi to power (like the crisis of 1998 - Putin), was generally unsuccessful: it inflated a gigantic debt bubble in the trillions of dollars. The vengeful petty adventurism of the unloved chairman – a victim of the cultural revolution – gradually dragged China into the Russian-Ukrainian war, playing on the side of the Democratic Party in the USA and into a clash with Trump against the background of stagnation (in general) in the economy of the People's Republic of China. The global Belt and Road project is currently unprofitable and has not achieved its goals. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union has been experiencing a quiet frenzy for the past month.

Beijing is looking for a way out of the situation. And he allows leaks that indicate hysteria and despair.

It seems that Russia is the only place to beat. Only after removing Russia from the historical process - completely and unconditionally, condemning it to damnation and unconditional condemnation, without any half-hearted solutions, can we enter the next stage of the development of mankind.
