However, we are not talking about a flying Chernobyl or an underwater torpedo. Sergey Aleksashenko, an analyst currently living in Washington, and former first deputy head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, is confident of this. This is his opinion expressed in the "Personally Vash" program on "Echo of Moscow" radio:
