Lubynts' direct speech: "Today, he took part in the voting process for the exclusion of the Institute of Human Rights Commissioner in the Russian Federation from the members of ENNHRI. Members of ENNHRI with A status took part in the voting. I emphasize that this is the first time in the history of the association that one of the members is excluded."
Details: According to the ombudsman, the reason for the vote was that Moskalkova carried out her activities in a way and contrary to the goal set by the alliance charter.
Lubynets said that, anticipating that Russia would be kicked out of ENNHRI, Moskalkova asked to announce her withdrawal from the alliance.
Moreover, in her speech, she began to lie about the "US biolaboratory in Ukraine" and pointed to the violation of human rights in France.
Since 1993, the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) has brought together human rights representatives from around the world, and now its members include 120 organizations. They are conditionally divided into four networks: African, American, Asian-Pacific and European.
