Volunteers of the international intelligence community informnapalm received another interesting document from friends from occupied Donetsk, namely the information campaign plan, developed by the so-called "Ministry of Information of the DPR" at the behest of the Russian curators of this structure.

Apparently, against the background of low morale of the "defenders of the DNR" in Ukraine due to large losses, as well as cases of mass desertion on the front line and disobedience to orders, the Russian curators obliged their "subordinates" to conduct explanatory work among the population of the occupied territories and forcibly mobilized.

The information campaign is designed to raise the morale of the "DPR" servicemen mobilized to compensate for losses within the framework of the so-called "SVO", as well as to popularize the service in the so-called "NM DNR".

For this, it is recommended to "heroize the participants of the operation", including fictional "feats" and progress in the "liberation" of the territory.

In addition, it is supposed to form a loyal attitude among the residents of ORDLO to the servicemen of the Russian occupation forces and the "authorities" of the puppet "republic", primarily to Denis Pushylin.

According to the assumptions of the Russian curators, such a complex of measures should reduce the level of social tension among the relatives of mobilized and already dead servicemen, as well as form a negative attitude towards the Armed Forces.
