The decree on the establishment of the fund is published on the website of legal information. 130 people will work in the foundation's central office. Deputy head of the presidential administration Serhiy Kyryenko became the head of the supervisory council.
The fund will provide assistance to veterans of the "special military operation", participants in the battles in the Donbass (since May 2014) and families of fallen soldiers.
Anna Tsyvileva is the head of the board of directors of the Kolmar company, which is engaged in coal mining. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Council under the Government on matters of guardianship in the social sphere and the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council.
"Agency" claims that Anna Tsyvileva is Vladimir Putin's cousin. According to the publication, Tsyvileva's maiden name is Putina, not Loginov, as claimed in media publications (she got the surname Loginov after she married the psychiatrist Lev Loginov). Anna was born in Ivanovo, and her father is a cousin of the President of Russia.
"A man who received huge assets." Who is Anna Tsyvileva, the wife of the governor of the Kemerovo region and Putin's secret niece:
The Tsyvylevs acquired their stake in Kolmar in 2012, Anna Tsyvyleva herself said in an interview with Vedomosti. According to the "Agency", before that, none of the spouses had been seen in the coal business, and such a company could not have earned money "if you focus on the revenue of the companies where they worked." At the time of purchase in 2012, the value of the company was estimated at 400 million dollars.
The "Agency" claims that the Tsyvylevs got the company from the president's friend, businessman Gennady Timchenko - he owned 60% of "Kolmar" before that. In 2018, after being elected governor, Tsyvylev transferred 70% of the coal company to his wife.
In August 2022, it was reported that Anna Tsyvileva's KSL trading company, which is part of the Colmar group, moved from Switzerland to Dubai.
