Half did not hear, the third did not care. What does the attitude of Russians to the warrant for Putin's arrest say?
10.04.2023The collapse of Putinism is possible only under the influence of an external force, and this will inevitably give rise to a call for violence, much greater than that which currently exists in Russia. пишет journalist-observer of "DS" Sergey Ilchenko.

Russian President Vladimir Putin
As Levada-Center reports, 44% of Russians have not heard anything about the warrant for the arrest of Putin by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. No, they did not turn off the Internet. They just didn't hear. Anyway, let's look at the whole survey - it's worth it. Here is the distribution by age: most often (55%) those who are now 18-24, the most eligible age, have not heard about the warrant of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The larger the city, the less knowledgeable, and in the villages, 55% on average, not only young people, had not heard; in cities with a population of up to 100 — an average of 45%.
Moral deafness
The response of those who heard is also interesting. Only 14% of those who disapprove of his activity experienced the feeling of satisfaction that a warrant has finally been issued for Putin's arrest (we will not discuss the possibility of its execution now - we are talking about assessing Putin's actions and formally declaring possible retribution). On average, it is even less, 3%. The "don't care" position was taken by 31%. Indignant, that is, expressed solidarity with Putin, identified themselves with him - 38%. And why is Putin still to blame for everything? And Lvov-Belova, for whom a warrant of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was also issued, he simply misled, and she is not to blame at all?
These are no longer conjectures or general arguments about the disgusting essence of Muscovites. These are specific figures of the survey, moreover, quite recent, and judging by the survey, Putin is not alone in Russia, there are millions of them. They are similar to each other in everything: they firmly know that there are no losses in the SVO (well, almost), that Europe will freeze (already soon!), that in the USA they eat worms and they will soon collapse, and they will take Kyiv in three days, as soon as they start really Russia, of course, is a Great Power... and Orwell could not have imagined that the Russians would so wonderfully embody his predictions, surpassing the darkest expectations of this great skeptic and critic of human nature.
Second-rate crime
Something similar happened in Germany, at the end of the Third Reich, but everything was much easier there. Still, Germany is one of the pillars of European culture, and Hitlerism lasted only 12 years. Compared to the length of Russian nightmares, which invariably turn into the next, even worse nightmare, 12 years is a ridiculous amount of time. Yes, compared to Putin, Hitler, as well as the top of the NSDAP, compared to the Kremlin team, look better. Hitler was an incendiary speaker and the author of a book-manifesto, which he wrote while in prison for demanding a coup d'état. He fought as a volunteer in the First World War and was awarded for bravery. Finally, he surrounded himself with bright like-minded people, no matter how you feel about them. Yes, they turned to the path of Evil and committed terrible crimes. But they were guided by the ideas that possessed them, albeit false, but which went beyond the classical Muscovite "Eat!" And Putin is a cowardly moth who served as a slob of a briefcase and organization of cocaine trafficking for Sobchak, and he was promoted precisely because he is a moth, hoping to manipulate him. And although Putin eventually got out of the control of his creators, he did not think of anything, except boring enrichment. His villainy, like everything created in Russia in imitation of the West, turned out to be secondary, third-rate and reptilian. Putin had to assemble the Russian imitation of Hitler around him piecemeal, like a team: here is a manipulator, the son of a lawyer-pope, and a "philosopher" who went to the roof, read Nazi epigones, but understood about a quarter of what they wrote, and an actor dragged out of a villa in Como, in the company of a couple of beaver-eaters, one look at which makes it clear that they eat people, not beavers. The "Russian Hitler" came out patchy, trying to run away, and when it's all over, it may turn out that Putin never existed, but there were only his doppelgangers who controlled the doppelgangers of smaller figures. In this crowd of failed provincial actors, they will look for the "real" Putin. Perhaps, they will even find, with the help of DNA analysis, his famous children, although it is not a fact that they are his children. But, if they still find it, the "real Putin" will not fundamentally differ from his doppelgangers.
When Hannah Arendt wrote about the "banality of evil" of Nazism, she was still studying the performers, not the ideologues. Racist evil is all banal, from the bottom to the very top. In the end, there will be someone to judge, even without taking into account that many performers have certificates of insanity: Lukashenko definitely has it, and Shoigu is very likely. This will be the main disappointment that victory will bring us: although the surviving actors will soon be caught, they will turn out to be much more insignificant than we can imagine today. It will not be possible to get to the authors of the play either - the script was written a long time ago, and they are dead, and the mechanism of manipulation, once launched by them, worked automatically for decades, drawing in all new subhumans into its cycle.
What to do with all this?
The word "inferior" in this context has nothing to do with racial theory or Nazism. Although our Muscovite mouse brothers like to scream about Hitler when their subhuman nature is brought to light, the difference between a man and a subhuman, which is now being discussed, was not invented in the Third Reich. A person differs from a subhuman in that he has free will, and with it the audacity to challenge God's plans. With great perseverance and luck, he is sometimes able to achieve their revision - or, on the contrary, to implement it, despite seemingly insurmountable obstacles. This potential distinguishes man from the animal world in all religious and philosophical systems known since ancient times. So, people inevitably resisted the involvement of themselves in the shameful Muscovite cycle. But there were no more people left in Muscovy: they were trampled underfoot by subhumans, the few survivors left, and the most insightful ones were not even born. Single exceptions did not affect anything.
Moreover, a detailed analysis reveals the second nature of the scenarios of Putinism, which were also written by subhumans, all in the same automatic mode. There are a lot of such layers of subhuman reproduction in Muscovy, since the entire Russian culture is only the sum of the demands of subhuman Muscovites to imitate European people. Thus, Russia, which is certainly not Europe, is not anti-Europe either. Denial implies an active position - "Oh, if you were cold or hot!". Russia, on the other hand, is a necro-Europe, an effigy, sewn together for show, from dead pieces, arbitrarily cut from European culture, so that "it would be no worse than the neighbors, but richer."
When both the authors and the actors turn out to be innocent, the question will arise: what to do - no, not even a judge, namely what to do with the audience of this performance? For decades, they applauded him, although half of them had no idea what was happening on the stage, and applauded only because it was supposed to, another third did not give a damn, and the rest were a dummy crowd for a modest price, seated in the hall to to set the pace of applause. What to do with the population of Homo Catsapiens, who are not people in the social sense? How to build a relationship with them, and build one? It is impossible to accept them as equals. To isolate in the former Russia, as in a reservation, is a good idea, but it is not implemented in practice. Socialize? But how? What would you like to start with?
The Germans, after Hitler, although with difficulty, and far from all, were returned to the human condition, pushing away from the sense of personal responsibility characteristic of Protestant and Catholic culture, although to a lesser extent. This problem was analyzed by Jung in his interview "Will souls find peace?" ("Werden die Seelen Frieden finger?") published on May 2, 1945 in the Zurich "Die Weltwoche". The interview is long, it is worth reading in its entirety, and it is better in the original, but a few quotes will suffice for now.
"... For a psychologist, one thing is clear, namely that he should not follow the widespread sentimental division into Nazis and opponents of the regime. I am treating two patients who are clearly anti-Nazis, and yet their dreams show that, behind all their decency, a sharply expressed Nazi psychology with all its violence and cruelty is still alive. ... the division into decent and bad Germans is extremely naive. All of them, consciously or unconsciously, actively or passively, are involved in horrors; they knew nothing about what was happening, and at the same time they knew. The issue of collective guilt, which is so difficult and will continue to be difficult for politicians, is an indisputable fact for a psychologist, and one of the most important tasks of treatment is to make the Germans admit their guilt. Even now, many of them are turning to me with a request to be treated by me. If the requests come from those "decent Germans" who are not averse to blaming a couple of people from the Gestapo, I consider the case hopeless.
But Jung was dealing with the Germans, and he could reject their habit of bearing personal responsibility for their actions and words. On the other hand, from the ruins of Muscovy, 140 million hopeless cases will be looked at with wide eyes, where a few dozen - hardly a hundred - excluded will not affect the overall picture. They will not seek treatment! In terms of psychological self-esteem, everything will be in chocolate for them anyway: behind - a great past, ahead - a great future, around - a pitiful environment, incapable of appreciating the Greatness of Russia, losing - an unfortunate accident caused by betrayal (traitors are sought and punished). This sense of greatness will be perfectly fine with queues for Western humanitarian aid, some "Biden wings", "Harris legs" or "Macron paws", writing denunciations on those standing in front and dreams of revenge for Great Russia...
We need to think not at all about the re-education of these "zombie-culture Europeans", a secondary product of Western culture, but only about how to prevent their revenge and not catch the Muscovite disease ourselves - like all social diseases, it is contagious. Here it is possible to quote Jung again: "In a collective, a person loses his roots, and then demons can take over him. Therefore, in practice, the Nazis were only engaged in the formation of huge masses and never in the formation of individuals. And that's why the faces of demonized people today are lifeless, frozen, empty. We, the Swiss, are protected from these dangers by our federalism and our individualism. We cannot have such mass accumulation as in Germany...". Here everything is transparent: it is enough to replace Switzerland with Ukraine, and Germany with Russia, Jung does not need to be replaced. However, let's continue quoting: "the English are the most reasonable in this regard: individualism saves them from the attraction to slogans, and the Swiss share their astonishment at the collective insanity." But in Muscovite culture, neither secular nor religious, there is nothing like that. But the feeling of personal irresponsibility is deeply rooted there.
What will happen to them?
The collapse of Putinism is possible only under the influence of an external force, and this will inevitably give rise to a call for violence, much greater than the one that currently exists in Russia, although it is now very large. The place of Putin, who was blinded by the image of macho, in the post-Putin world will be taken by Yevgeny Prigozhin, as an ideal type for Muscovites who dream of revenge. Whether Prigozhin will live to this physically, and whether he will gain power over all of Russia, or part of it, is not so important. I have already made some predictions about this, but the point is not in them, but in the fact that this will happen in the minds of Muscovites.
Since the state, as an institution, will be hopelessly compromised after the defeat, power in post-Putin Russia can only be criminal — or external, occupation, if someone wants to climb into this dump and establish their own order there. About the same was already in the ruins of the USSR in the early 90s, but now everything will be tougher and hopeless. And the occupying power implies criminal resistance to "real Russia". In both cases, the criminal and Russian patriot Prigozhin (this, by the way, is already a regularity: what patriot you don’t take — the criminal reality comes out), the only Russian politician, by the way, who is at the front, demonstrating a strong hand with a sledgehammer for traitors , and orders for the faithful — the ideal image of a leader for Russia.
But state players are unlikely to enter post-Russia themselves, including even China. It will be much cheaper and easier for them to send corporations with their PMCs ahead of them - modern versions of the East India Company, giving them unspoken freedom of action and not taking on any obligations. The result will be a truce between foreigners and locals, achieved at the level of PMCs and organized crime groups, and the emergence of a corporate non-state territory. In fact, there are many variants of the Chinese SUAR, but much more brutal.
This will be exactly the Russia that its current population deserves by its indifference and deafness. We will just have to conduct business as usual with its owners through the wall: not allowing them to influence us, but also not trying to influence them. In other words, without extending our ideas about human rights to the population of this territory, because to each his own. You wanted sovereignty - you will get it. Strictly within the framework of personal choice, including what will be heard and what will not be heard: "Will you be a bitch?" "I'll be a bitch." And you don't need to interfere in this choice - it's better to just be ready for defense. Like the Swiss.
