The issuer and bonds of the "C" series have been assigned an investment-level credit rating on the national scale — uaАА. The issue is carried out without the involvement of an underwriter, the investment company "Univer Capital" acted as a broker during the sale of bonds on the secondary market.

The placement of bonds is aimed at attracting funds for financing investment projects — expansion and renewal of logistics infrastructure in Ukraine, as well as for the development of IT infrastructure.

The company also plans to make an additional issue of series "D" bonds based on the annual financial statements for 2022. This issue will be aimed at institutional investors — state and commercial banks, insurance companies, pension and investment funds.

As reported, this is already the third issue of corporate bonds carried out by the Nova Poshta company. The debut issue of series "A" securities in the amount of UAH 300 million with a maturity of one and a half years took place in 2019.

In 2020, the company issued series "B" bonds with a term of three years worth UAH 700 million. The financing was aimed at the construction and automation of the company's logistics centers. The last payments on bonds of the B series took place at the beginning of the current year.
