Germany handed over a new package of military aid to Ukraine

On Wednesday, November 1, the German government updated the list of military aid given to Ukraine.
According to a message on the government's website, for the first time Ukraine, against which Russia is waging war, has delivered seven Primoco ONE unmanned aerial vehicles, two AMPS helicopter protection systems and a PCB (3D) printer.
In addition, the new aid package included 12 armored personnel carriers and two TRML-4D radars for the IRIS-T air defense system.
The new aid package also includes a range of protective and special equipment, such as five surface drones, 10 safety glasses and 32 satellite communication terminals. For logistical purposes, four heavy-duty tractors and four semi-trailers, as well as 12 trucks of the MAN TGS type, were transferred. In addition, 30 sets of winter clothing were handed over to the Ukrainian military.
The German government also promised to transfer 25 Leopard 1 A5 tanks to Ukraine in the future. This project is implemented jointly with Denmark.
This year, Germany provided Ukraine with military aid worth about 5,4 billion euros. In 2022, Germany transferred two billion euros of military aid to Ukraine. Aid to Ukraine in the amount of about 10,5 billion euros is planned for the following years, according to the website of the German government.
