The Netherlands will finance a large-scale project to develop UAVs for Ukraine for €500 million

The Netherlands is reportedly providing Ukraine with €2 billion in accelerated aid. Brekelmans stressed that €500 million will go towards drones that will strengthen Ukraine's position on the battlefield and save lives. He said this support will strengthen Ukraine in the negotiations.
At a meeting with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, a €2 billion aid package was discussed, which, in addition to drones, will include air defense funds, ammunition, and naval equipment. An agreement was also signed to deepen cooperation between the industrial sectors of both countries.
