Exclusive. At the beginning of the week, the Minister of Defense of Russia arrived on an invitation to the Belarusian capital with an unannounced visit. Lukashenko discussed Belarus' security guarantees with Shoigu, BelTA reports.

Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu and Alexander Lukashenko

"Parting after the last negotiations with Vladimir Vladimirovich [Putin], we agreed that you and specialists will come to Belarus, and we will sit down with you and discuss the security issues of Belarus. You know, I have already raised this issue at the HSC. But before that, we discussed this issue with Vladimir Vladimirovich," said Alexander Lukashenko. According to him, "it sounded at the negotiations that in case of aggression against Belarus, the Russian Federation protects Belarus as its own territory." "These are the security [guarantees] we need," noted the Belarusian dictator.

During the meeting, Alexander Lukashenko reminded the plywood marshal about the security guarantees that were given as part of the Budapest Memorandum in exchange for the withdrawal of nuclear weapons.

"Somewhere after 1994, the famous Budapest Memorandum, where all Western powers and Russia swore to provide full security to Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus. Naturally, you know that Western states have trampled all these treaties, agreements and statements, and there is no security," Lukashenko is quoted as saying by BelTA.

As a reminder, the Budapest Memorandum was signed in December 1994 by the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Great Britain and the United States. In accordance with the agreement, Kyiv liquidated its nuclear arsenal, and Russia, the United States, and Great Britain guaranteed Ukraine's security. In 1993–1994, Belarus and Kazakhstan also joined the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. 20 years later, the Russian Federation, as one of the guarantors, annexed the Ukrainian Crimea and unleashed an armed conflict in the Donbass, as well as occupied Belarus.

The other day, Bill Clinton said that he regrets having persuaded Ukraine to give up the Soviet nuclear arsenal.

"I feel a personal responsibility, because I forced them to agree to give up their nuclear weapons. And none of them believes that Russia would pull this trick if Ukraine still had weapons," he said. He noted that the Ukrainian side was afraid to give up nuclear weapons, "because they thought that this was the only thing that would protect them from expansion." And I feel terrible because of this, because Ukraine is a very important country," said Bill Clinton.

But Shoigu rushed to Minsk on the summons not to discuss the Budapest memorandum, Lukashenko's security guarantees in particular and Belarus in general. He flew to Minsk right after the Belarusians refused to move Russian nuclear weapons to the borders of NATO countries.

"All of Belarus is located near the western borders. This is the western outpost of the Union state. It is not necessary to place them on the borders of Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. Can be placed anywhere. The distance and length of Belarus is 600 km. It allows you to place it anywhere. And there are many such places. On the territory of Belarus, when there was a Belarusian military district, there were more than 43 locations of nuclear weapons. They have all been preserved," said State Secretary of the Security Council Aleksandr Wolfovych.

This is how he reacted to the statement of the ambassador of the Russian Federation to Belarus, who said that tactical nuclear weapons have been moved to the western border. "It will be pushed to the western borders of our Union state and will increase the possibility of ensuring our security. This will be done, despite the noise in Europe and the USA," said Boris Gryzlov.

By the way, in unison, Lukashenko suggested to Wolfovych to collect all nuclear weapons "in one pile and destroy them." And a few days earlier, the dictator announced that Belarus will control all the weapons that are in the country. "As for the management, control, etc. of nuclear weapons <...> Belarus does not have and cannot have uncontrolled weapons. Therefore, we will be here to manage everything that is in Belarus," the dictator answered the journalist's question about the use of nuclear weapons. Turbopatriots in Russia were hysterical that "Lukashenko, in fact, declared Belarus a nuclear state and assigned himself the authority to independently use nuclear weapons, nullified all the statements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation about Russian control over nuclear weapons deployed in the country. It appears that if nuclear weapons are placed on the territory of the neighboring republic, then clearly without Lukashenko in the role of president. Because there are great risks of our nuclear weapons being seized by a hysterical and uncontrollable "father".

Lukashenko knows that Russian nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus are the "red devil". The West let a lot of things out of the hands of the dictator, but it will not let go of nuclear warheads in the center of Europe. That's what he's doing with placement in the hope that by July 1, the date of completion of the construction of the special storage facility, either Putin will die, or the Russian Federation will die. Alexander Lukashenko is an experienced "survivor" who keeps an ear and is talented at maneuvering in multipolarity.

From a funny point of view, there is a howl in the swamps that on the eve of Shoigu's arrival, a dam broke near Gomel, as a result of which several settlements on the border with Ukraine appeared under water. A few kilometers away is the Zyabrovka military air base, where the Russian army operates. The opening of the second front against Ukraine on the part of Belarus is again postponed - for reasons "independent" of Lukashenko.
