Kormotech begins construction of second €60 million plant in Lithuania

Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitaliy Koval took part in the ceremony of laying the capsule of the Kormotech plant expansion in Lithuania, writes inventure.com.ua.

The company is investing over €60 million in the new plant, of which €40 million is allocated by the EBRD.

It is noted that the expansion of capacities will create over 200 new jobs, which will complement the team of 170 Ukrainian and Lithuanian specialists and the development of related industries. Because the company's products contain some Ukrainian components.

The Minister of Agrarian Policy is confident that Kormotech's production facilities will allow other Ukrainian companies to enter the European market or increase their presence.
