Complimentary rent as the genesis of the decline of Western intellectuals

Western intellectuals from the very beginning were condescending to Russian culture, perceiving it as a hybrid of Asian and Asian. It is enough to recall at least Marx. But they took money that came from Russia, willingly participated in “philosophical banquets”, where they even made “philosophical toasts” to the organizers, which could be interpreted as a compliment.
The phenomenon became so widespread and comprehensive that it eventually began to co-opt into the space of permanent "celebration" any new thought that had already been forced to undergo testing in these "philosophical banquet halls."
New generations of Western intellectuals, who had already grown up in the conditions of this complimentary rent, perceived it as a natural circumstance, so it ceased to be just a motivating motive for intellectual conformism, and became a driver of new concepts in the construction of philosophical theories. Thus, Asianism was introduced into the space of principles on which Western civilization was once founded. This was further manifested in the unprincipledness of Western intellectuals - the inevitable fruits of Asianism.
The exceptions are those countries and regions where the concept of respectability and intellectual diet is preserved, which impose restrictions on participation in "banquets" and consumption of "food" at them.
