Dragon Capital buys Ukrainian economic publications Finance and Minfin

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted investment company Dragon Capital permission to acquire more than 50% of the shares of Treeum Holdings Limited, the owner of Finance.ua and Minfin.com.ua, the financial network Finline and the organizer of Bank Online offline conferences.

Treeum is a Ukrainian online platform that offers comparison and sale of financial products, support for an online currency exchange platform, reliable ratings and statistics, as well as news, comments and professional analytics.

Dragon Capital is one of the largest investment companies in Ukraine. Works in the field of direct investments and financial services, provides a full range of investment banking and brokerage services for corporate and private clients. Czech citizen, President of the European Business Association Tomas Fiala is listed as the final beneficiary in the state register.

The founder and head of Dragon Capital Fiala is the owner of the NV media holding, which includes the eponymous magazine, portal and radio.
