The murder was committed in the house on Donetska Street, where Andrey and Natalya Kapkanets lived, as well as their children. On the occasion of the birthday of Andrei's mother Tatyana, who turned 27 on October 51, guests gathered in the house. The dead are Tatiana and her husband Eduard, their sons Andrei and Alexander, Andrei's wife Natalya and their two children - junior school student Nastya and four-year-old Nikita. Alexander's wife Ekaterina and her 19-year-old brother Dmitry were also killed. They were shot while sleeping in their beds, control shots were fired.
"Neighbors say that the day before the head of the family had a scandal with the servicemen. Ostensibly with "with Chechens". And after some time, "kadyrovtsy" - servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - came to the house on motorcycles. According to neighbors, when it became known about the brutal massacre, senior officers came to the scene and "ordered everyone to be silent." No one believes that the murder will be solved," writes the Tg channel of the VChK-OGPU. It is reported that on the eve of the murder, Andrey Kapkanets quarreled with the "Kadyrovs" who tried to take away his house.
The Russian occupiers systematically violate the rights of the population in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Murders, rapes, tortures, robberies, deportations of children are of a mass nature. Crimes against Ukrainians under occupation are committed both by the Russian state as a whole and by its rank-and-file representatives, who feel themselves to be masters in the conquered territories.
Official Russian propaganda encourages massacres of civilians. Anton Krasovsky, the host of the RT state channel, for example, calls for the killing of Ukrainian children live.
"And it was necessary to drown such people in Tisin. Right there, where the "duck swims". It is directly drowning such children, it is drowning directly in Tisin. This is not your method, therefore you are intelligent people and fiction writers, but this is our method. He said that ``the Muscovites have occupied'' and you immediately throw yourself into the river with a stormy current," Krasovsky said. This is how he commented on the story of Sergey Lukyanenko, who treated asthma in Transcarpathia in the 1980s. The Russian writer complained that local children allegedly told him that Ukraine was occupied by "Moscows" and that if it were not for this occupation, Ukrainians would live like in France.
In September, the head of the UN Commission to Investigate War Criminals in Ukraine, Eric Mose, said that the rhetoric of the Russian state media regarding the war in Ukraine can be equated with incitement to genocide.
"Our team is investigating the statements of some Russian state media, mouthpieces of Russian propaganda, which can be equated with inciting genocide," he noted.
According to him, "the authorities of Russia are responsible for a wide range of war crimes committed in Ukraine during the invasion." The commission examines each crime separately and, for example, collects evidence of the forced removal of Ukrainian children.
Russians behave in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in the same way as the Nazis behaved during World War II.
The practices of Nazism and Putinism make one think about political parallels. The slogans "There will be Putin, there will be Russia" are a rewording of an old German slogan. Hitler first held the Olympics, and then started the Anschluss of Austria, just as Russia first held the Olympics, and then annexed Crimea and started an armed conflict in the Donbass. Europe wanted to come to an agreement with Hitler - it didn't work out, it wanted to come to an agreement with Putin - it didn't work out either. When Hitler attacked Poland, he made a grave mistake, he did not believe that the great powers would join. Putin attacked Ukraine, not believing that Ukraine would be actively supported by other Western states.
As in the years of the Second World War, Ukrainians under occupation are deprived of the opportunity to safely express their disagreement with the actions of the invaders. Resistance to the occupiers turned into underground forms. The population helps the partisans and transmits information to the competent authorities of Ukraine. Most of all, Ukrainians under occupation are waiting for their liberation, and Ukraine cannot betray their hopes.
Violations of the rights of Ukrainians will stop only when the Russian army completely leaves the territory of Ukraine.
