Denmark will send over $250 million in military aid to Ukraine

The package is aimed at strengthening Ukraine's ability to carry out an offensive in the coming months, the ministry said in a statement. This is the largest package provided to Ukraine by Denmark since the beginning of the war. Denmark has continuously supported Ukraine with military and financial aid since the Kremlin's full-scale invasion in February 2022.
Denmark also plans to propose NATO to create a battalion of 700 to 1200 soldiers to protect the Baltic states from mid-2024, Denmark's deputy defense minister said.
