ARMA rejected the candidacy of the second participant in the competition for the management of the Gulliver shopping center

The Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA) has rejected the candidacy for the position of manager of the Gulliver shopping mall. This was reported by the ARMA press service, writes ain.ua.

This is the consortium "Management Company "Esplanada"", which offered 0,35% of the management fee. The companies rejected the tender offer due to an unreasonably abnormally low price.

Previously, ARMA had already rejected the offer of LLC "BC "Millennium"" after discovering possible connections of the company with the real owner of the Gulliver shopping mall.

The next ones to consider are the documents of the participant who took third place in the auction, Alakor City LLC.

According to Opendatabot, the ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Dmytro Adamovsky.

The main type of activity is the leasing and operation of own or leased real estate.

What is known about Adamowski?
Dmytro Adamovsky is the son of Andriy Adamovsky, a businessman who owns the Art Mall shopping center and is also a co-owner of the Sky Mall shopping center.

The Adamowski family has appeared in various journalistic investigations, in particular, regarding corruption at Trade Commodity, which supplied fuel to the Ministry of Defense.

Dmytro Adamovsky has a Canadian passport. At the same time, from 2017 to 2019, the businessman was registered in the Russian Federation. This is evidenced by the registration records of the company "Ukrainian Investment Capital".

ARMA will announce the final decision regarding the manager of the Gulliver shopping center after conducting an inspection of Alakor City LLC.

As a reminder, in June 2024, the court transferred Gulliver's property to the management of ARMA. Later, BEB referred the case to the court regarding the SEC's tax evasion of UAH 146 million. The SEC has been looking for a manager since October 2024.
