ATM Electronics, €3,17 million

Krasna: Bulgaria

Investor: Swedish company NOTE

This is an M&A deal in which the Swedish electronics manufacturer NOTE acquired the Bulgarian company ATM Electronics, which specializes in the assembly of electronic printed circuits.

Startup: American Hydrosat

OTB Ventures is one of the most active funds in the CEE region, with more than $300 million under management. Its focus is space technology, artificial intelligence and automation, fintech and cyber security. Hydrosat works with satellite data and analytics.

Market One Capital, $9,5 million

Startup: London-based MetaGravity

Market One Capital is a Polish fund that invests mainly in marketplaces and early-stage SaaS startups. MetaGravity develops the infrastructure necessary to support games in the metaverse.

Ciech Ventures, $5,5 million

Startup: Swiss UniSieve

Warsaw-based Ciech Ventures is the CVC wing of Ciech, an international chemical group. The company supports startups that develop solutions related, in particular, to innovations in chemistry, cleantech and circular economy, agriculture.
